Terms

Version 2026-10-08

These terms apply to players and server owners using Best Minecraft Servers.

1. The list

The site publishes Minecraft servers that owners submit. It is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang. Each listed server is run by its owner, not by this site.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

3. Voting

Every player and every internet connection may vote once per server and day. The day ends at midnight German time (Europe/Berlin). Bots, bought votes, proxies used to vote more often, and anything else that pretends to be a player are not allowed. Votes that break this rule can be removed, and the listing can be taken down.

4. Listings

Owners are responsible for the name, description, banner, and links they publish. Content that is illegal, that flashes rapidly, or that is not safe for a general audience can be removed.

  • You can deactivate or delete a listing yourself. Deleted listings are only hidden and stay reserved for you. You can restore them at any time, so the same address cannot be added again as a new listing.
  • A server that has been offline for 30 days is set to inactive and you receive an email. You can reactivate it once it is back.
  • A listing that stays inactive for 90 days is marked as deleted. It can still be restored from your dashboard.
  • Moderators can suspend listings that break these terms.

5. Ranking

Top rank is this month's Glow. Votes count one point each. A complete, well written listing and a server that stays online add a little more. Each month starts fresh at midnight German time on the first day; all-time totals are kept. Premium is a label and does not move a server up the list. The formula is on the ranking page.

6. Liability

Joining a listed server is between the player and that server’s owner. This site does not control gameplay, shops, or punishments on those servers.

7. Reports

Report a listing or a vote problem with the report button or by email to minepulla@gmail.com.
